What the service provides
zipxmail offers temporary inbound email addresses and browser-based message access. It does not send email, guarantee delivery, guarantee acceptance by other websites, or promise permanent availability.
Available domains, inbox durations and operational limits are shown by the application. A temporary address is not a replacement for a permanent personal or business email account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, malicious files or other unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to read another person’s inbox, obtain their credentials, evade access controls or disrupt the service.
- Respect the terms and restrictions of the websites where you use an address. An available temporary address does not give permission to evade another service’s rules.
- Requests are rate limited. Wait and retry when a limit is reached instead of repeatedly submitting the same action.
Responsibility for credentials
Anyone with an active inbox address and its correct password may be able to connect. Treat the password and any downloaded credentials file as private.
If you lose both the authorized browser session and the password, access cannot be recovered through the normal connection flow. Expired or destroyed inboxes cannot be restored with old credentials.
Duration and retained records
The chosen duration controls user access. Weekly inboxes expire after seven days without qualifying use and cannot continue beyond six calendar months from creation.
User deletion, inbox expiry and permanent administrator deletion have different effects. Administrators can retain historical messages after user access ends. Read the retention description before storing information in an inbox.
Messages and downloaded files
Sender names, message claims, links and attachments can be misleading. Preview sanitization and attachment scanning reduce specific risks but do not verify the sender’s identity or every claim in a message.
Do not use a temporary inbox as the sole address for important accounts or records.
